Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses in many locations such as United States, China, and Europe. Depending on product availability, we select the nearest warehouse to ship to our customers. 

How long does it take for shipment?
Generally, our shipping time is between 25-40 days depending on the product and country. We also have expedited shipments available. Please contact us or check the rates at checkout. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are seeing more than normal transit time of 4-5 weeks. In some cases our customers received their orders 2 weeks late. Please note this is entirely out of our control.

What is your refund policy?
If you cancel within the first 12 hours of placing your order, we will issue a full refund. For damaged or wrong products, please contact us by providing your order number as well as image proof. We will get back to you with the next steps. Note that shipping fee or VAT is not refundable.

Where is your business located?
We are a US based business located in California. However, our products are shipped from different locations globally.

What can I expect after I placed my order?
1) We will start processing your order 12 hours after the receipt.
2) The processing time may take 2-5 business days due to high volume of orders. 
3) Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number. There are some cases we may not be able to provide tracking but we will notify you about your shipment.
4) You can expect to receive your order between 3-4 weeks or sooner. Please note due to COVID-19, shipments may be delayed.

Do you insure products?
Unfortunately, due to low prices, we are unable to insure your product.

I got my product, but the package was damaged. Can I get a refund?
If the product is intact, we do not issue refund for damaged boxes. Please note we ship thousands of orders but in some cases, the shipping companies do not handle the packages with care. We apologize for the inconvenience.
